Reservation Notes
1. A £250 non-refundable deposit is payable at time of booking to confirm your reservation.
2. The balance in FULL is due 8 weeks prior your arrival date to confirm your booking. Along with our standard £300 Refundable Security Deposit, which will be returned to you on confirmation from our management company that the villa was left in the same condition that you found it.
Cancellation Policy
All reservation deposits are non-refundable! If you cancel your holiday booking you will lose your deposit.
